HOT TUB & SWIM SPA INSTALLATION
Our team offer site surveys and access visits before installation so you can have full confidence in your purchase and focus on being excited for its arrival. Our specialist technicians are fully equipped with the latest apparatus to safely deliver and install your premium leisure products.
On delivery we unwrap, inspect and connect your new Hot Tub and Swim Spa. Our checks and service do not stop there, we provide all customers with our spa school training. A full explanation on spa maintenance and water chemistry, so you have all the necessary information to ensure your spa runs perfectly. Our vans are fully stocked with a vast range of chemicals to keep your water, clean and clear from bacteria so you can relax and enjoy the full benefits with complete peace of mind.
Servicing
It is highly recommended by our team and our manufacturers that all Hot Tubs, Swim Spas and Swimming Pools are serviced annually. This is to ensure that your Hot Tub is operating safely and to its optimum performance. Our professional certified engineers conduct a full technical and operational check of your Hot Tub and Swim Spa. This involves complete testing, draining and cleaning. Regular servicing will help prevent breakdowns, technical issues, blockages.

Not sure what to do? Did you know if you bring a sample of water to one of our stores, we can conduct an electrical water test to investigate and report on the findings? This will indicate how to correct or rebalance the levels if necessary, and then we can supply the chemicals you may require to fix it.
